We have been doing more cleaning in our house,
packing things up at my mom's house too.
Little treasures that have been forgotten have been found.
It is like Christmas all over again.
The sun and warmer temperatures sure have been nice too.
Hoping not jinx it but the snow is gone.
Creative Knockouts has a brand new challenge up today.

Mom

 Good morning friends.
We have had some different weather changes
all within like 20 minutes of one another.
One minute blue skies, sunny, windy, the next snowing
huge snowflakes and then back to sun, blue skies, windy,
then snowing again almost looked like
we would be getting a blizzard. The next morning it was
raining, then blue skies.
The rain made everything smell so fresh.
Hopefully it can get the snow mold washed away too.
Today is my turn to highlight a stamp set
I just received the newest set called
clear stamps, word art, theprojectbin, mother's day, father's day, new baby, get well, special person, faith
Aren't the sentiments just fantastic?
 I used the mom stamp
and Happy mother's day stamp from the set.
This wonderful day celebrating our Mother's is
coming up soon.
The paper is used from an old stash of 6X6 papers.
I took a oval die and cut a chunk out
so that I could layer the paper under it
and stamp on it.
The flowers, I dug deep into an old embellishment drawer
and pulled them out to help highlight this wonderful
sentiment that Denise designed for us.

Please hop on over and check out the blog and the shop
to help inspire you.
My fellow DT's inspire me weekly.

Thank you so much for stopping by
Have a blessed week and please stay safe.

West Main Barn

 Hello, Hello, Hello
It is already April 9 and Easter is just around the corner.
It is going to be very different this year,
mom is not with us and my dad is unable to be with
us due to his home being locked down
and them quarantined to their room.
It is going to be hard on so many this year.
For some time is flying by and for others its isn't.
For me most of the time, I am losing
track of the days with being at home.
Some days it goes by fast and others are slow
but please don't think I am complaining.
We are so very happy that our families and friends
are safe and healthy.
We know many who are working the front lines
and I would like to thank you each and every person
goes to work each day to keep us going and
to help those in need. Thank you!!!

Today, we have a brand new challenge over at Creative Knockouts.
Challenge #345 is BUTTONS
Our wonderful sponsor is  Jan's Digi Stamps Digital Stamp Shop
Prize is $10 Store Gift Certificate
https://www.janmahew.com/shop-1
Thank you so much for letting me highlight
West Main Barn and one of the sentiments.
It was so much fun to color it up with my
Copic Markers.

I picked this image because it reminded
me of my grandma's farm and several
other family and friends who own farms.
The sentiment when I read it just seemed perfect.
Their farms are where they have invested their lives.
My buttons are used on the bottom are from Stampin' Up.
The dies, I used are from My Favourite Things
Stitched Ovals and Square.
The two circles are from Gina Marie Designs.
The white one is one of the insides of a scalloped cut out.
The paper is from Stampin' Up and so are the pearls/twine.

We would really love you to join us this week
for our brand new challenge. Break out those buttons, my
container was very happy to be cracked open once again,
it has been ages.
Thank you Kelly for such an awesome challenge.

Please stay safe, craft on and enjoy your day.
Thank you so much for joining me.

Happy Birthday Beautiful Friend

 Good morning my friends,
The world right now is such a different place.
I have been spending time going through
my mom's pictures and am also
hoping to get my new space for crafting painted
and moved into.
Missing my dad as well as we are not allowed to
see him in the home he lives in.

Crafting is a great thing to do to relax.
My card for you today is made
Just Sayin' Stamps and the heart die from In My Heart
I cut out the hearts and glued them down.
Then I stamped in each heart
with the sentiment that I wanted.
The curve for in front of the word friend
is actually from the letter "m" at the being of that sentiment.
Thought I would try that and it turned out really
good and was super easy to do with
The Project Bin Stamps.
card making, hand made cards, hand stamped cards, clear stamps, photopolymer stamps, theprojectbin.com, sentiments, birthday cards, card ideas, dog stamps, cat stamps, thank you stamps
My final step was to run the layers
through an embossing folder for texture.
Added some bling of pearls for a little bit of a pop
and it turned out really good.

Be sure to stop by the blog each weekday for some more
inspiration using these spectacular stamps
from my fellow Design Teammates.

Hoping this finds you all well and safe.
Thank you for joining me today.

Another week is flying by even though
we are not leaving our house
and miss our family and friends like crazy!
However, being at home we are sure getting some
cleaning done and going through stuff we have put off.

I am hoping in the near future that it will
be in full swing, after we get my new craft room painted
and everything moved and organized.

challenge up today.
It being Thursday we are starting a new challenge #343 - Anything Goes
with a brand new sponsor Fabrika Fantasy
Prize: 3 Images
Thank you so much for letting me color up this very cute
image called Spring Chick
lot's of little details to color but oh so much fun.
The ideas are flowing and I think making a scene
with this image would be incredible.
As a sentiment I can really see
"Keep Calm and Ride On" Hee hee.
This card is made for my
awesome little grandson, although his birthday is
months away, I couldn't resist coloring up this image for him.
The above image was colored using Copic Markers
Gina Marie Designs dies, Sizzix embossing folder

You Are My... and Enjoy The Ride

Hello and welcome to my blog.
Life has been a little bit busy here but
we are managing to keep it all together.
Never know what daily changes there will be with
the pandemic. Whether we will have no
school for our kids and kids not at work because
of them being closed.
Taking things day by day!
Could mean more crafting time for others and me???
Today, is my day to post as DT
There are two cards today for you.
First stamp set highlighted is called

Everyone has that one person who you just instantly call.
For me if it isn't my husband it was ALWAYS my
mom. I miss our phone calls so much. It is hard to
believe that she has been gone for month in a half.
Now it will still be my husband
or sister, one of my aunties or friends.
I adore that Denise has this sentiment in with this fun set!
It is hard to see but the background which was made using
a stencil and wink of stella to make the dots pop and the one flag.

Card #2
This very fun Stamp set is called

A perfect set for all of those bike lovers
and just for some fun masculine cards too.

The dies with this stamp set are just awesome
The motorbike and the black circle.
They cut around the image like butter.
I also used some copic markers to high light
just a few parts of the bike.
I used 3 of the sentiments in this package,
they just seemed to fit together.
The background was made using a stencil
and inks. It was so much fun making my own
background paper today.

Be sure to hop on over to The Project Bin
shop and blog
for much more inspiration all week.

Stay safe
and
thank you
for coming to
my blog!!!
