I Remembered Your Birthday

Good morning!
Exciting news our snow is all gone on our yard
this morning. I am doing a happy dance.
Now with all the snow mold laying on the ground
my allergies are kicking up but that is okay.
I have already started to take advantage of
the warmer days and walking.
We did have two very foggy days this weekend.
My cats were playful and helped me make my cards
this weekend. Don't you just love extra help?

My card for you today is
made using The Project Bin Stamp Set
It has 7 stamps in this set
and aren't they wonderful, all with different fonts.
As I was typing Happy Birthday Posts
on Facebook, this sentiment made me
giggle and I was thinking of birthday's
this month and how many I remembered
without facebook.
There are days when it is Facebook that has reminded
me of someones birthday.
So this sentiment made me smile
and reminds me how important it is to work on
my memory and not using facebook as a reminder
for all birthdays.
My card above was made using The Project Bin Stamp Set - Born Yesterday
The dies are from Craftin Desert Divas (Stitched/scalloped squares, circles, leaves).
All papers and brads, glue dots are from Stampin' Up.
Flowers.

I used the die cuts to cut the squares out.
On the Rich Razzleberry square, I used a scalloped/stitch circle die
and cut it out of the centre. Next came layering pool party inside that cut circle.
Then the stamped sentiment.
I used the largest scalloped/stitched circle die to create a layer
that shows the rich razzleberry paper and high lights the pool party
with the sentiment.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

A Perfect Time To Craft - Challenge - March #3 - Anything Goes

Wishing you a very happy Monday and week ahead

Thank you for joining me today.

Friendship Refreshes the Soul

Hello, welcome back to my blog friends.
It has been a really enjoyable
and slower weekend. It has been nice
playing in my craft room, watching basketball,
some other T.V. shows, playing with
our grandson and his mom.
Oh and although, I avoided some house work
I know it is still here for me today. *wink*

My brand new card for you today,
is using a stamp set called
Isn't the font just awesome
and the sentiment is so true.
The card above was taken using natural light
and the one just below is taken using a studio light
from my phone. It is so interesting, the color difference.
Which one do you like better?
The #bff stamp set has 6 incredible sayings
for friendship and just a boost
for someones heart and self-esteem.
Not to mention they stamp beautifully.

I used memento ink on the sentiment
The dies are unknown to me.
The papers are from Stampin' Up
(whisper white & a pink??)

Sleep, Rest, Recover

Good afternoon, it is the first Monday after the spring
forward time change. Take an hour of sleep away from this
girl and it is like putting me into sloth mode. *wink*.
 Oy, what can I say
most of it has been good so far even if we are exhausted.
The one not so good thing, my post
was scheduled for PM not Am...oops.

Welcome to my blog,
On this sunny and warm Monday morning,
I am back with another The Project Bin
make. Yay!!!
Today, the stamp set being used is
clear stamps, stamps for card making, sentiments, baby, birthday, get well, congrats, thank you
This wonderful set has many options
for different occasions. Use one stamp or multiple
to complete a project.

With cold/flu season around,
it is nice to give someone a pick me up card.
Sometimes we need a reminder that sleeping and
resting, allow you to recover fully.

My card was made using The Project Bin stamp set
Many More...it is awesome.
Gina Marie Designs stitched circle dies
the other die in black (not sure of the brand name).
The textured white is from a Stampin' Up embossing folder
and the papers are all from Stampin' Up
(whisper white, island indigo and basic black).

Please come and join us each day at our blog to
see more inspiration from my fellow DT's.

Thank you for joining me today,
Wishing you an amazing day filled with joy, adventure

I Flippin Love You

Good morning blogger land!

It was a good weekend, I got into my craft room,
started a new book, had some laughs with our kids.
Stayed inside as it was very, very, very cold -38 windchill -45
Yuck! Minus 15 is simply a perfect temperature with no wind.
We found out that February was the coldest month
in 40 years....Yikes & brrrrr!

Today is The Project Bin Monday,
where I get to share my brand new card with you.
I am simply adore the stamp set called
The Gratest and also used In My Heart

It has been fun trying to take different kinds
pictures.
I had been asked to create more masculine
cards so here is a brand new one for you.
The above cards, the flippers were stamped
with Momento Ink in my Misty;
colored with C01 Copic Marker then fussy cut out.

The back ground paper with the words
used two sentiments from The Gratest
I Flippin Love You and Happy Birthday.
They were hand stamped using a block
(it has been a while free-styling the stamping) using
three different inks (Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango)

The heart die used is from another set from The Project Bin called
In My Heart
The square/squiggly die is from Gina Marie Designs
and the scalloped die is from Your Next Stamp.

Paper used is from Stampin' Up Whisper white, Dusty Durango, Early Espresso,
Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango pattern paper (I think, it was a left over piece).

Everything was layered together and glued down.
The square piece is pop-up using dimensionals.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Inkspirational - Challenge #181 - Designers Choice - Use Your Stash
