Happy Birthday

Good morning! We have been having some
really hot temperatures again.
It would be amazing to have some much needed
rain, as it is becoming so very dry in Central Alberta.
Honestly, all of Alberta is dry!
Can anyone tell me how we got to the 19th of August
so quickly?

Today we have a brand new challenge over

Challenge #415 - Birthday Wishes

Our amazing sponsor this week is from
The Prize is 1 Digi Set
Thank you so very much for letting me color up the image
the man with his dog with the Happy Birthday sentiment.
The whole set is called Outdoorsman Masculine Set Nature

The picture was wonderful so, I decided to work
at creating a scene for the picture.
It was a little different in my mind but think it works out.
The whole scene was colored using Copic Markers.
Fine Copic Pens were used for the birds flying by the sun.
The three black birds are dies from Gina Marie Designs.

Please come and join us for another fun filled
challenge over at Creative Knockouts.

You can never have enough birthday cards.
Especially masculine ones.

Thank you for stopping by today!
Have an amazing week!

Hugs,

Game Boy

Hello, my friends!
It has been a fun filled last two weeks.
No crafting done until yesterday.
We managed to take some time
away with our family.
We did some camping, went to an amusement park and zoo.
The weather has been hot and beautiful and not much
rain at all.
Time with our family means the world to us!

Creative Knockouts has a brand new challenge this week
and of course we have a fantastic sponsor from
Prize is 2 images

For Challenge #413
we have been challenged to an Anything Goes creations!

Our wonderful sponsor let me highlight

The image reminds me of our grandson.
He is starting to like playing games
and it is just so much fun to watch his excitement.

Game Boy was colored up using Copic Markers.
The paper is from Stampin' Up
When die cutting my image,
I went with one of my go to Dies from My Favorite Things
the stitched rectangle.

The layout is clean and simple with layered papers.
The blue/green/red/white gingham paper
was glued on top of the green/blue/white gingham paper.
Then I trimmed the excess papers on the edges.

Please come and join us at Creative Knockouts this week.
We would absolutely love to see your creations.
Be sure to leave some love for the Design Team,
the inspiration in amazing.

Hope you like the new card!
Wishing you an amazing week and thank you so much for stopping by.

Hugs,
