"Thank You"

Happy last Monday of July.
Where has this gorgeous summer month gone?
It has been a busy time of year but we are
enjoying being out in nature.
This time going out camping we will have our grandson, son, his girlfriend
and our daughter. We are hoping our oldest one
will make it out for a day or two.

Today, I am sharing a card that was made
using a stamp from the stamp set
clear stamps, stamps for card making, sentiments, baby, birthday, get well, congrats, thank you

First, was to decide on my sentiment
which honestly was hard because
their are so many good ones from The Project Bin
Second, I decided on my pattern paper, which is from
Little Darling Papers. I just adore the patterns
and color combinations. It is one of my favorites.
Browns, pinks, green and white and then a card sketch by Liz Chidester.
The Scrappiest: Something Special
The dies were easy as I wanted ovals
and I really like my double stitched ones from Gina Marie Designs.
Both the white and brown ovals are double stitched
and I added the pearls between the stitches on the brown.
Stampin' Up marker was used to color the cute image (certainly celery, pink pirouette)
A scallop punch from Stampin' Up was used for create a border
on the bottom triangle.
The fish tale banners were hand cut.
The last thing I decided to do on this card was paper pierce around
the pink card stock.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Sleep, Rest, Recover

Happy Monday!
We had a great week/weekend, camping with family, facetiming
with other family members was also a huge treat.
It is always wonderful to get back to nature
and enjoy the beautiful peacefulness, even with storms
passing by, to just sit and be, too feel grounded.

While walking by the water, I was thinking
about what stamp set should be highlighted today for The Project Bin.
All that kept coming to mind was the stamp that said
"Sleep, Rest and Recover"
It is from our brand new set
This sentiment is a great one to share for so many other illnesses
or just a reminder to put yourself first.
The card above was made using First Edition 6x6 pattern paper
Whisper White and Early Espresso paper
Brown memento ink and pearls.

I would love to enter my card into the following challenges.

The stamp set I used is
It was so much fun but I think to make
it more stable I will do a wider up and down panel.
I adore how the flip flops turned out with the pattern paper.
The flip flops are stamped and fussy cut out.

this die to add to my summer card.

Welcome, Baby

Happy Monday morning!
It was an amazing weekend
spent with family at a family reunion on my dad's side.
It was so awesome to see so many cute babies, cousins,
aunts and uncles. The location was somewhere
that I have not been too for many years, so walking down
memory lane was a lot of fun too.

The stamp set, I am sharing with you today
called Many More (it is brand new)
Denise has created another phenomenal set.
It has baby, get well, thank you, Happy birthday...etc.
clear stamps, stamps for card making, sentiments, baby, birthday, get well, congrats, thank you
So after seeing so many little ones on the weekend
I just knew that the stamp to be used was the rocking horse.
It was colored with Prisma pencils
The back ground paper, was made using a Stampin Up
stencil with pink pirouette, certainly celery and bashful blue inks.
Break out the glitter enamel dots and woola
a card was born.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

My image above was colored using copic markers. It has been a while
since they have been pulled out and boy have I missed them.
I added some texture by turning my embossing folder
around, completely an accident but it seems to have worked.
A sentiment, a few butterflies with pearls and the card
was complete.
