Everyday throughout the year people can struggle with stress 

be it from family dynamics, work/school, bills, anxiety, 

depression or mental health issues, abuse (mental, emotional, verbal and physical). 

These struggles are real and can be a daily struggle for family, friends, 

co-workers and strangers around us. 

Sometimes the outside appearance of happiness isn't what is going on 

behind closed doors or on the inside of a persons life.

These struggles can make it very hard for people to stay in this world through it all.

If you know of someone struggling, please reach out to them. 

If you are the one struggling, you are valued, love and 

the world is a better place with you in it. There is only one you and you are precious.

You matter, you make a difference in the smallest way to everyone who knows you.

You make a different to everyone who comes into contact with you.

Please reach out to someone you love, a friend or a stranger.

We lost our son at the end of 2023.

It has been the hardest time of our lives.

Our lives will never ever be the same without our Robin

and our hearts are forever broken.

We have been in a big deep freeze here in Central Alberta.

The weather today starts us into a major up swing in temperatures

to the plus side. Which will be very nice but makes it 

hard to climatize to the below zero temperatures.

I hope that you all had a good Valentine's Day and Family Day (17th) if you celebrate.
