For most people the New Year is a happy time spent with family and friends.
For other people this time of year is stressful be it family dynamics, work, bills,
depression or mental health struggles can be a daily struggle.
Others find it hard to stay in this world through it all.
If you are someone or know of someone who is struggling,
please reach out. If you are the one struggling, you are
valued, loved and the world is a better place with you in it.
You matter, you make a difference in the smallest way to everyone who know you.
Please reach out to someone you love, a friend, a stranger
call 988.
You do not have to hide your struggles.
You do not have to do it alone.
Our New Year looks very different again this year.
We lost our son at the end of 2023.
It has been the hardest year of our lives.
Our lives will never ever be the same without Robin
and our hearts will be forever broken.
