Love and Cherish

Good Morning! The sun is hiding behind some clouds this morning thank goodness. I am sooooo hot and well cold because I am like a lobster with a bright gleam...LOL and oh some blisters on my arms. This weekend it was amazing, I celebrated my best friends 40th birthday (LORI) with the girls (her son came to stay with my boys), had my cousin family come and stay the weekend where their son and my boys played in a soccer tounrament. Who could ask for more with tons of laughter between good friends and family!

Megan over at PPC this week has another fantastic color combo for us. She is highlighting some of the new colors that Stampin UP is bringing in. I *sadly* do not have any so I used Chocolate Chip and Riding Hood Red. To go with this amazing challenge I hopped on over to Friday Sketchers and the sketch cried use me, use me and I think the layout is just perfect for these colors. Thanks ladies for the inspiration.

Here are my two who are so much in love. Aren't they just adorable? I love Sarah Kay's amazing stamps. Last night I said to myself "Tamie you are going to use some designer paper this week and as you can see I actually used two....a shock I know.
Recipe: Sarah Kay stamp; Paper: Chocolate Chip, Riding Hood Red, So Saffron, Elegant Eggplant, DSP and Whisper White; Ink: Versa Fine Black; Accessories: SU Markers, clear embossing powder, Copic Marker, pearls, SU Punches (corner and scallop), Rub-ons, Swiss Dots and Dots & Spots folders, white pen.
My busy week is over and the boys are done soccer now (and...what to do with some spare time hmmmmm????). I only have gymnastics for two more weeks and then I am singing freedom. I am finding it hard to believe that my kids only have 2 weeks and two days left of school. Who is counting *wink*. My little man Ethan just came in and guess what we had an early morning sprinkle and I didn't even know it...LOL. I am really goin to enjoy this cool day.
Be sure to pop in and give the PPC Creator DT's some love, they have some awesome inspiration this week (their links are up on the right hand side). Don't forget to join us on June 21 for our first Blog Hop over at PPC.
Maybe if I am lucky and the crafting fairy is with me I just might be able to get back in my craft room and make another card card today. Thanks for stopping bye, I appreciate the comments that are left. Sorry, that I have also been so absent on my blog we had so many things thrown at us the last few weeks. A smile is being sent your way, so please pass one on to make someone elses day!
