Bring on Challenge #69 at 4 Crafty Chicks.

Good morning to you! It is another mild day here in central Alberta. Not a ton of snow on the ground for Christmas but the ground is covered. Yesterday was the last day of school for my kids and so today we are taking the time to get the house cleaned so we can finish up some Christmas presents which means we finally get to do some Christmas baking. Can't believe we only have 3 days left until such a glorious day! It is going to be so much fun...time spent with my family...there is no greater blessing just wish they could all be with us.

Today is Thursday and you got it we have another fantastic challenge over at 4 Crafty Chicks. Our beautiful and very funny hostess this week is Lori. She has given us a true challenge this week of Christmas. I must say this one always stumps me a little. There were quite a few idea's that came to mind for this one and well it took me a while to settle on what I wanted to do. Here is what our chickie gave us.

CHALLENGE #69 - ANYTHING BUT A RECTANGLE OR A SQUARE

These ornaments are fun to make. Overall this season I have made 20 ornaments. Different colors and designs. The ornaments I bought at Walmart, the paper is Stampin Up, Stamps - Outliners, Gold embossing powder, gold elastic ribbon, scissor and glue.

In these two pictures are one that I gave my wonderful friend Leanne. It is made with Early Espresso paper, Crumb Cake, gold embossing powder and gold elastic ribbon.

This green ornament was made for my fabulous friend Lori. It is made with Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler ribbon and gold embossing powder.

My friend Helen bought this one for her daughter's music silent auction. It is made with Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive paper along with gold embossing powder.

The last one I will show you was for Eva who each week preps and works through our Bible Studies, so us girls can stay on track. We learn so much. Thanks Eva.

This one is made out of Early Espresso, old olive, cherry cobbler paper and gold embossing powder.

The other colors I have done are Taken with Teal, Basic Black/Crumb Cake and Night of Navy and Bashful blue with White Embossing Powder and Silver sparkles.

Stop on bye to visit Leanne, Lori, Melissa and our Guest Design Dee they have some amazing creations to show you.

It is sure fun too see all of the beautiful blogs and creations that you share with us each week. Please come and join us for a week of fun at 4 Crafty Chicks.
