You Make Me Laugh...

Good Monday morning!

Did you have a good weekend?

We were able to enjoy sometime with a friend

who we have not been able to see in a long time.

She made us an amazing Indian meal

that was like a soup with veggies, a rice bread 

and a cucumber yogurt spicy topping. It was all so delicious.

Like a party in your mouth...hee hee.

A long walk was definitely needed and enjoyed afterwards.

My flowers are unknown.

It has been fun using up scrap pieces of dies

to make a picture like window to highlight

Friendship Refreshes The Soul...

Happy Monday morning!

It was a great weekend partly because we

received much needed rain all weekend. 

It was off and on but it was great.

We even had some thunder and lightening.

Although some places did receive snow too.

On Friday night it was only +4 here at about 10:30 pm.

Our son Robin ran his first half marathon yesterday,

we are so very proud of him. He had been only training

for about a month and his time was 1:59 minutes.

His girlfriend Summer and their son Emery were there

cheering him on at the side lines.

We are so very, very proud of him.

Now onto some crafty goodness.

Today, I am highlighting

I adore this sentiment because sometimes

we just need a little reminder of how much

friendships can and do brighten our lives and our souls.

All you need some days is to hear that voice

 or maybe a text, a memory or a card that brings

  Good morning friends!

It was a good weekend, long walks, crafting, movie

and going to a Dinner Theater with friends.
