Summer-y Fun continues with PPC Color Combo #19

Wow the weeks are just flying bye! Today, is the second last day of school for my kids. I have been lucky enough to have my nephew Justin staying with me for a few days before he is off to my mom's ( he is from Victoria, B.C.). On Saturday it was awesome because I also had Cassidy and Cody (my other nephew's) here for a visit too. Yesterday, was my last stamp class for the summer! I will miss my peeps but I am looking forward to a summer of fun and crafting in my very cool (cold) craft room *wink*. Thanks ladies for a wonderful day!! This morning I had a shock when my alarm didn't go off and Ty and Taylor were ringing my door bell waiting for me to come let them in (LOL). My heart was just a beating...LOL. I really need a new alarm clock..LOL! What a surprising start to the morning.

Our first blog hop has now come to an offical end! Not to worry the fun is not over we are now onto Color Combo #19 at PPC ! Thanks for all of my new followers and to the others who commented during the blog hop on my card. Megan has out done herself once again. The colors she picked are again summer-y kind. I didn't have Daffodil Delight so I used Summer Sun instead (the yellow is very bright). I also would like to let you know that our sponsor this week is PRETTY PIN EMBELLISHMENT by Lisa G., http://prettypinembellishment.blogspot.com/, her pin's are just awesome so please hop on over to her website and check them out.
The sketch I chose is from Jen del Muro at i*heart* 2 stamp, thanks Jen for doing such a terrific sketch this week. Now I did turn it on it's side because I the image I used this week, I hope that is okay.

This CC Design Fairy is just sooooooooo adorable...I know I did a fairy for PPC #18, but I do love them and well this little cutie was just begging to be used...LOL. I didn't have inks in Riding Hood Red so I used a different Red and then used my blender pen to make the middle part of the dress lighter; of course I just had to use dazzling diamonds some flowers, butterflies and pearls, oh and not to mention D'Vine Swirl and Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folders and scalloped trim border to make my card complete.

Are you excited, here is the full card :) *wink*. I just *heart* her :)

Thanks for stopping in and enjoying my card with me. Stay tuned for the announcing of the winner. I will be announcing it along with Megan's announcement of the winners from the PPC Challenge blog. So stop on back...to see who the lucky crafter is. Please come by and join us for a new challenge each week. The people are fun and so are the color combo's. Share some love with the other DT's, their cards and scrapbook layouts are just awesome (they are great inspirations)! Have a day fun of sunshine and smiles.

  4. Tamie: Thanks for popping in on my blog and saying such sweet things abotu my card. The dp I used is not created by me. It's a glitered cs but it came in a kit so I am not sure who the manufacturer is. Sorry. I usually try to add that info in my deets, when I know it.

Your little image with the glittery wings is soooo cute! I like this color combo, a lot!
    Thanks again,
