Monster Hugs!

Thanks for stopping by, I am excited to share these goofy fun loving monsters with you.  They remind me of Monsters Inc.  These stamps are from Your Next Stamp, aren't they cute?

It is a pretty clean and simple card that I made for our Anything Goes and Crazy Egg Challenge #318 over at 4 Crafty Chicks.  These little guys were colored on a girls weekend with Lori and Leanne. Those are far between but honestly are always a blast.

Honestly, not sure where the month has gone but I am happy with my progress for meeting people and exercising. Trying new things can be scary, it is way easier when you have kids involved in activities.

My friends Lori, Leanne and Tina have some really amazing inspiration for you, please hop on over to 4 Crafty Chicks to join us in our latest challenge.

Be Silly!

Be Silly is this fun image from Sassy Studio Designs. It was a blast to color my DT creation for 4 Crafty Chicks. Tina from Tina's Creative Place is our hostess with the mostess this week for Challenge #315 is Birthday.

This cute image was colored using Copic's, the circle double stitch cut is one of Leanne's, the flowers/leaves are unknown where they are from. The brown, yellow, white paper is from Stampin Up and same with the punch.  The pattern paper is unknown.  The Framelits with stamps are from Sizzix Stephanie Barnard.

We are surviving trying to get back into the routine of school life.  It has been good, though; personally, I do better with structure. Shhhh....not sure that should have been said out loud.  Giggle, Giggle.

Sassy and Guest Designer Call

Good morning my crafty friends.  Welcome to my blog, where I have a brand new DT creation for you.  The card I am sharing with you today is for 4 Crafty Chicks.   For Challenge #314 our hostess with the mostess is Leanne from Banking on Crafts. Leanne would like us to do some Fussy Cutting for this challenge.  We are also looking for 3 Guest Designers one for each month October, November, and December.  Please type GDT behind your name to enter to become a GDT.

My image is from Sassy Studio Designs and is colored with copics. I am sad to say that they have closed up shop but at least I have some fun images to create with. Fussy cutting was done with scissors and a knife. Some embossing with Stampin Up folders, the die cut squares are from My Favorite Things.  The layout design is from Skipping Stones Designs.

Honestly, it is hard to believe that this is the last weekend of summer holidays and then school starts for another year.  I am however looking forward to meeting some new people where we live in Wainwright. Finally being brave enough to put me out there. Wishing everyone a very safe and happy long weekend.
