Moving and getting settled is taking up a lot of time

Another Birthday....

Happy Monday morning!
It is The Project Bin Monday
and here is my latest creation for you to see!

I was asked to create a very clean and simple card 
in these colors and papers. They picked out the stamp set
So, I pulled out my markers
and colored up the stamp in Real Red and Basic Black. 
Then I used a Huffing Technique before stamping it down.
It has been so long since, I used this technique.

Spring brings beautiful things

Good Monday morning!
We had quite the snowy weekend 
but the end result is simply stunning outside.
Although the snow is beautiful,
we are looking forward to spring time at some point.

Today, is The Project Bin Monday, it is my
day to share a brand new creation with you.

The Egg stamp and sentiment are from our 
brand new set called Spring Zen. The egg was colored using Prisma
pencils and highlighted with Wink of Stella. 
 The dies are from Gina Marie Designs.
 It was a blast to get my sponges out
and ink up the paper, all with Stampin' Up inks (barely banana,
 daffodil delight, cajun craze, peach parfait, lucky limeade).
Pearls and diamensionals

Denise has designed another fantastic stamp set.
You can color the images, keep them black and white
with or without these simply fabby sentiments.
The inspiration is simply endless with this set.

I like Walking Down Memory Lane...

It is a little chilly out this morning
and we had a wee bit of snow over night.

The sentiment I used from this set is simply awesome.
It had me thinking of a elementary school friend
and all of the fun times we had together.
Good times and awesome memories.
You could use it for anything occasion.
The boarder that goes around it is separate and simply
beautiful. I look forward to inking it up with different colors.

Find Your Center

Hello, welcome to my blog!
Today my post is for The Project Bin.
I hope you all had an amazing weekend. 
Mine was a good one. Yesterday, I went to see the Motown Musical
with friends, it was simply fabulous. The singing, dancing and acting
was amazing.

Today, I am excited to share/use this new stamp set.
It reminds me of making home made donuts
going to Tim Hortons with a group of friends 
after we go out for our girl suppers. 
We always have a coffee/tea/hot chocolate and once
in a while a donuts or just a tidbit. 
Who doesn't love a good donuts?
Clear stamps, donuts, yoga, memes, stamping, card making
Aren't the sentiments just fabby and the images awesome!
It was so much fun doing the layered stamping
and for the first time, I was able to use 
my Prisma coloring pencils. It was so much fun trying to blend 
with them.
A clean and simple layout with an embossing folder that
some circles could be taken as donuts.

ever seem to have enough masculine cards on hand.

Sister xoxo...

Hello! I hope you are ready for Monday?
The weekend has gone by way to fast.

Today, is what I call The Project Bin Monday.

I found it tough to get a clear picture of the metal word sister.

Home for the Holidays

Good Morning!
Today is a hard morning for me, as this is my last post with
The Chicks.  Our lives are changing right now so my priority will
be with my family.
I want to thank Lori and Leanne for being my partners in crafting 
since the beginning of 4 Crafty Chicks. It has been an
awesome dream to do this blog with my friends.
(7 1/2 years still going strong and very proud of it).
Nance it has been a pleasure getting to know you 
and work with you this last year.
I would like to welcome Amy Ottmers, who will be taking over my
perch in the Hen house, next week.

We are on Challenge #383 and Lori is our hostess this
week. She has an awesome challenge for us.

Challenge #383 - Glitter

My image above show ornaments. Our family friend Ang was
at our house and she wanted to make ornaments
for Christmas presents so I joined her.
We used pledge floor cleaner and tons of glitter.
The glitter was Martha Stewart and I have had them
for years. It was a blast and so easy.
Then we added rub -ons to the outside and Sharpie oil base markers.

Christmas Tags

 Good morning my crafting peeps!
Only 4 days left until Christmas and we are so very excited
to be spending it with family and friends.
Our grandson is just over 7 months and will have so much fun.
The big blessing is that Emery will be able to spend
time with both sets of great grandparents on the same time
for my side and hubby's side.
