I am the host for 4 Crafty Chicks this week and for Challenge #177 we are looking for Wedding creations.
My card is below! I have been wanting to make this tuxedo card for some time now. Sorry for the picture there must have been some finger prints on the lens. So I got this fabby little idea from my mom who just adores videos by Connie Stewart. I made this card which I think is awesome because usually wedding cards lean more towards the bride. This Tuxedo card is a little more masculine. I changed it up a little bit by making a square sentiment instead of oval. Connie has incredible ideas and she doesn't waste a stitch of paper. Isn't it wonderful the new beginnings when a couple decides to marry. Yep, it always brings tears of happiness to my eyes (sappy one trying hard not to cry...LOL).
Recipe:
Stamp: Inkadinkadoo
Paper: Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Memento (Tuxedo Black)
Accessories: Pearls, circle punch, large oval punch, scallop punch, scissors, square scallop punch, silver pen, glue dots and pen
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Stampive and More - Challenge #203 - New Beginnings - Wedding are new beginnings between husband and wife (hope it meets the challenge requirements).
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Emboss It! (dry embossing on the white paper)
The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog - Challenge #46 - Bling It On! (pearls for the buttons on the tuxedo shirt)
One Crazy Stamper - January - Anything Goes
We would love it if you hoped on over to 4 Crafty Chicks and showed us what a Wedding inspires in you. Leanne, Lori and Tammy also have great inspiration for you. I would love to hop on over to your blog and see what you made.
Have an amazing day! Thanks for stopping by.
