Late Night Stampin'

Friday was full of good new from my 3 children, yesterday was report cards. Rob and I couldn't be more proud of them and all of their hard work. Their marks are fantastic and the comments from the teachers were great. It kind of makes you want to puff up your chest a little bit. We watch a movie with them last night and I started learning how to play my guitar, from my son Robin.

I am so happy that tonight I was able to fit in some crafting. It was finally deciding which challenges I wanted to due. I looked at quite a few that are on my list to try and complete this week.

I started off with a rockin sketch designed by Jacilynn Dashwood for KL Stampin N Scrappin Blog. Thanks Jacilynn for the sketch it was great to work with. Then I was looking for a color challenge, I found one at the Make Up 4 the Weekend Challenge - Challenge #19 colors are RED, BLUE, and KRAFT. A MASCLINE card was the challenge this week from the Crazy 4 Challenges.

Here is my mascline card:
Recipe:
Stamps: Tractor (Little Paper Shop), Happy Thoughts (Verve)
Paper: Night of Navy, Real Red, Kraft, Whisper White
Ink: Vera fine (Black) and Real Red
Accessories: Black Hemp, Natural Hemp, buttons, clear embossing powder, corner round punch (SU), Martha Stewart Punches markers (SU) and paper peircer.

Today was a good and relaxing day with my family and some of their friends. What was yours like...did it make you smile? mine did.
