Using Fabric at 4 Crafty Chicks.

Good morning! The last few days have been very windy here but oh the sunshine sure makes up for it. How was your Easter? Ours was very good, we enjoyed our time together. My kids are nearing the end of our Easter holidays, so that is a little sad for me. On the weekend we will be celebrating my daughters birthday. Can't believe she will be 10 already...LOL. It has been a week of picking up another love of my crochet. I am working on finished up a project that has been on the go for a couple of years. Can't wait to show you the finished project. Thank you Lori for encouraging me to pick it back up.

Thanks to everyone who played Leanne's flower challenge. The inspiration was totally incredible. We loved all of them. At 4 Crafty Chicks this week we are onto challenge #85 and let me just say, once again our DT have totally out done themselves. Our beautiful hostess with the mostess this week is Melissa.

CHALLENGE #85 - FABRIC (ribbon does not count).

She got me digging into my stash and using something that was bought a few years ago and sadly was just stored until now. Using fabric is something that I totally forget to use. It sure does have an amazing effect. The flowers are made out of felt! It was so much fun to use. This card would have worked so well with last weeks challenge too...LOL. Thanks Melissa for getting me to go outside of the box and digging into my treasure trove.
