Good Monday morning. I hope your weekend was good. Mine had ups and downs. One of my highlights was pulling out my cross stitch and working on it for a couple of hours on Saturday (Crafty Day at the church). Their were quite a few ladies there and it was great seeing them after 3 months. Yesterday, I didn't feel so well so I finished reading a book called The Fallen 2 (it was sooooooo good) and I did some laundry. As I watched the rain fall it kind of fit my mood cranky...LOL...LOL. Enough of my yapping....

It is time for another color challenge brought you by Megan at Picture Perfect Creations Challenge Blog. Boy oh boy is it a color challenge. It took me a while Megan to wrap my brain around this color combo! Lori and I bounced idea's off of one another for this color combo. Now I wasn't completely sure if I was happy with my card or not, but I have discovered that after putting it away and then taking it out and looking at it again, it isn't too bad. Well, I hope you like it. Butterflies seem to have taken over my cards (they seem to be on all of them lately *wink*). Maybe it is one last hope that Fall or winter really is not coming.

My creation:

Sorry, I have to run, but I will be back to put the recipe on here for you.
Thanks for stopping in and please don't forget to share some love with the other DT's. Their links are on my right hand side. They work is amazing.

  1. Oh ya, oh ya, oh ya!!! You *totally* rocked this color challenge friend! I love it! I forgot which set you used and when I opened up this window, it POPPED right out at me - definitely has WOW FACTOR girlie! WTG! And ya, the butterflies are super cute too! *wink*

  2. Oh wow, this so so very awesome, love the butterflies, and the ribbon and that stamp set it wonderful too...way to freakn' go rock!

  3. very pretty! you know I love those butterflies!
On my cards, you asked about DigiStamps... the trick is to print them using a laser printer not an ink jet. Laser printers heat the toner to the paper but ink jets only spray the ink on the paper so it smears. Give it a try and see if it works better for you! Good Luck!

  4. Tamie this is gorgeous! Love the butterflies! And you cross stitch too?! Boy oh boy! I don't know how you do it all !!

  5. This is a great card, looks like you did it with ease.Lv it.
