We are already onto a new challenge over at 4 Crafty Chicks today. Our wonderful hostess this week is non other than our Lori!! She has a wonderful challenge for us. Are you ready to see what is?
CHALLENGE #126 - BUTTONS
In the last few weeks, it has been so much fun breaking out the buttons. I must confess though, I tend to forget to use them. Love how they add the extra look and uniqueness to cards, scrapbook pages and 3D art.
My new DT card is below and yes it is another black and white one. I decided to go with another sympathy card. I don't use my cross enough and usually I color it but this time my darling husband convinced me to just leave it black and white. Sometimes it is hard to mix things up but I broke out my paper piercer, my cross stitching floss and needle to add a little something to the right hand side. While digging into my stash I thought that my card also needed some twine (white from SU) to go with the buttons. It is hard to see but the black paper is embossed using the D'vine Swirl folder.
Thank you so much Lori for the amazing challenge this week. It was fun and again one that I always need. Girls you sure do help me use my products and I truly enjoy that. It is fun sharing our craftiness together!!
I would love to enter my card into the following challenges, each week they give me so much inspiration.
