depression or mental health struggles can be a daily struggle.

Others find it hard to stay in this world through it all.

Our Christmas looks very different this year.

We lost our son at the end of last year.

It has been the hardest year of our lives.

Our lives will never ever be the same without Robin

and our hearts will be forever broken.

Good Morning!

It has been a little bit chilly here in Central Alberta.

Honestly, it could be worse.

Today we are to reach a balmy -9 degrees with a chance of snow.

Not much but still a chance.

This week, I have been blessed to see Tristan, Kaitlyn and 

see a few of my girl friends.

Catching up with my sisters Tina and Jodi was

good for my heart also.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kelly

for everything she has done for me over the years.

Her understanding, patience, kindness and love

has been helpful too me.

Kelly has given me so much grace and means more to me

than you will every know.

We have been through many up's and down's together.

You are simply amazing! I am grateful that God brought you into my life.

Stitched Together With Love

 

Hello, my fellow crafty bloggers!

It was another beautiful fall day, yesterday in central Alberta.

We reached +28. The trees are turning colors

just look so stunning with the beautiful

sunrises and sunsets.

The fun little image

that I colored up with my copic marker's 

is called Love is in the Air Elephant

The card up above has a two stitched rectangle dies

(Gina Marie Designs (scalloped) and My Favorite Things).

I used embroidery floss (white) to stitch around the inside of the scalloped rectangle.

The scallop stitched pieces by the image were punched

using a Stampin' Up paper piercing pack (blue floss).

It was fun incorporating hand stitching with faux stitching.
