Good morning everyone!
It is hard to believe that we are already in the month
of February and Valentine's Day is fast approaching.
This year is going to be fun with our
grandchildren.
My kids were always so lucky,
their grandma each and every year
made them a home made Valentine's Day card
and gave them a few chocolates in a home box.
I am working very hard to continue this
tradition with my grand children this year.
Our first challenge of the month over at Creative Knockouts
is
Challenge: #487 - Love is In The Air/Valentines or Pink/Red/White Color Combo
Our wonderful sponsor is The Paper Shelter
Prize: 3 Images
The image used is called Hilarious Cupid
Be sure to check them out as they have so many awesome
images you can choose from.
The image was colored using copic markers.
I used a Heart Die to highlight the image and the little hearts.
Sponged around the heart with pink to make the white so bright.
Two punches were used for the sentiment.
The Square was die cut using a cross stitch pattern.
The paper is from my left over paper box.
Wink of Stella was used on Cupid's Wings.
Please come and join us for our challenge,
they run for two weeks.
My fellow Design Team members have
amazing inspiration for you.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Passion For Markers Challenge - Week 675 - Use Die Cuts (all hearts and the cross stitched square)
Shopping Our Stash - Challenge #489 - Love Is In the Air
(It is filled with hearts, cupid and a Valentine's Day Sentiment)
Thank you for stopping by and for supporting my blog.
Have an amazing day!
Hugs,
